Monthly Payment Structure
Employers pay the company monthly. The company handles all worker salaries and NSSF contributions.
Form Four Certificate Holders
For Form Four Certificate Holders with basic English communication skills can assist children with their school homework, perform household tasks efficiently, and manage responsibilities independently. Monthly Service Fee: The employer pays the company TZS 400,000 per month, and the company handles the employee's salary and contributes to their NSSF savings.
Without Form Four Certificate
Monthly employer payment for workers without a Form Four certificate. The company pays the worker's salary and contributes to their NSSF savings.
Professional Certificate Holders
Monthly employer payment for professional workers with specialized certificates (chef, trained nanny, etc.). The company pays the worker's salary and contributes to their NSSF savings.
Urgent Same-Day Request
If a worker is needed urgently, the employer pays 1,000,000 TZS (Million 1) as an urgent processing fee. Worker delivered within 2 days of processing.
Employer Application Fee
Any employer applying to hire a worker pays a 400,000 TZS company processing fee. Normal processing takes within 4 days to get your matched worker.
Employment Contract
Every employer must sign a 1-year employment contract with the worker to ensure stability and long-term commitment.
Worker Leave Policy
Every worker is entitled to 2 days off per month, ensuring a fair and humane working environment.
NSSF Savings
The company contributes monthly NSSF savings for each employee. When an employee finishes their contract, they can withdraw their accumulated NSSF savings.
